Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. When Will My Order Ship?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1–3 business days. Customized or handmade items may require 5–7 business days for preparation.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

Shipping rates and delivery services are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Lost Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered, there may occasionally be situations where the package is lost or misplaced, even though the tracking status shows "Delivered."
If this occurs, please contact us within 30 days of shipment and provide the relevant order information. We will assist you in initiating an insurance claim investigation with the carrier.
3. Where Do Orders Ship From?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China.
After the package arrives in your destination country, it will be delivered by your local postal or courier service.
4. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by replying directly to your order confirmation email.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
5. How Can I Track My Order?
You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
If you have not received your tracking information or need assistance, please contact our customer support team.
6. Delivery Restrictions & Customer Responsibility
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by customer negligence, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect shipping address
- Incorrect phone number
- Incorrect recipient name
- Failure to collect the package in time
- Providing incomplete delivery information
In such cases, refunds may not be available.
If you notice any errors in your order information, please contact us immediately with your order number and the correct details.
7. Customs Duties & Taxes
All shipments leaving our warehouse are sent with applicable shipping taxes paid whenever possible. In most cases, customers will not be required to pay additional customs duties or import taxes upon arrival.
However, customs policies vary by country. Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or related charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer, especially when selecting expedited courier services.
If your selected shipping method includes prepaid duties and taxes, the applicable charges will be displayed during checkout, and no additional payment will be required upon delivery.
If a package is refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, the customer agrees to be responsible for all return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees.
Please note that, in accordance with customs regulations, Selmorajewelry cannot declare purchased items as gifts or undervalue merchandise on customs forms.
8. Shipping Notes
We understand that customers are eager to view tracking updates after placing an order. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to become active.
Tracking updates typically begin on the first business day after shipment. In rare cases, tracking information may not update immediately, but your package may still be in transit.
Please note:
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
- Customs procedures and regulations vary by country.
- As the recipient, you are responsible for cooperating with customs authorities and providing any required documentation for clearance.
Failure to provide the necessary information or cooperation may result in shipment delays, returns, or confiscation by customs authorities. In such cases, Selmorajewelry is not liable for refunds or compensation.
Additionally, shipping carriers may occasionally experience transportation delays or delayed tracking updates. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
9. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time
- Order Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days
- Shipping Time: Depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination country.
You can estimate your delivery date by adding the processing time to the shipping transit time associated with your chosen shipping method.
