All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center located in Shenzhen, China.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Change of Address
We cannot change the delivery address once an order is in transit.

Order Cancellations
If you change your mind before your order has been shipped, you may cancel it within 24 hours of placing your order.

Incorrect Shipping Address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
Once the returned package is received by ewelryselmora, we will issue a refund for the product cost minus any shipping and handling fees incurred.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details.

Order Tracking

Refused Shipments
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to stop the delivery process.
If you refuse delivery of your package, a fee equal to 30%–50% of the order value may be deducted from your refund to cover shipping, handling, storage, and return costs.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and product immediately upon receipt and contact our customer support team.
